Terms & Conditions

Effective September 30, 2026

In short

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetMuseHelp.com and any related pages, content, or materials we publish (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. The Site is intended for persons aged 18 or over.

2. Who operates this site

The Site is an independent, unofficial information resource about Meta's Muse personal AI agent, operated by an individual. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta Platforms, Inc. or muse.ai, and we have no authority to bind them. "Muse" and all related names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. Meta's official documentation is the authoritative source for information about Muse.

3. Definitions

  • "Content" means all text, guides, prompts, walkthroughs, tables, code samples, and other material published on the Site.
  • "Third-Party Services" means Muse, Meta's products and services, and any application, connector, or platform you may access through Muse.
  • "We", "us", "our" means the operator of the Site.

4. Informational content only — no professional advice

The Content is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, financial, investment, tax, medical, health, legal, security, or any other form of professional advice, nor as a recommendation or endorsement of any product, service, or course of action. You should obtain independent advice from a qualified professional before making any decision that could have material consequences for you. You remain solely responsible for evaluating the Content and for any decision you make in reliance on it.

5. No guarantee of any result

We make no representation, undertaking, or guarantee that any Content will be accurate, complete, current, suitable for your purpose, or capable of achieving any particular outcome. Third-Party Services change frequently, and outputs generated by an AI agent are inherently unpredictable and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Any result you obtain is the product of your own actions and of Third-Party Services we do not control. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output and for the consequences of acting on it.

6. Content provided "as is" — disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and accuracy, as well as any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the Site or any Content will meet your requirements or that any defect will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor any of our contributors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or your inability to access or use) the Site or the Content, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Content shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusions and limitations set out above to be applied in full, they will apply to the greatest extent permitted by that law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Assumption of risk and indemnity

You expressly assume all risk arising from your use of the Site and reliance on the Content. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of the Site and its contributors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Site or the Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property and licence to use the Content

The Site and its original Content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by or licensed to the operator of the Site. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote and reference the Content with clear attribution to GetMuseHelp.com and a link to the relevant page.

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, republish, scrape at scale, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent. Prompt text published on the Site is offered for you to copy and adapt for your own personal use in Muse; that permission does not extend to republication of the Site's guides as a whole.

If you believe any Content infringes your copyright, contact us at the address in Section 18 and we will address the matter promptly.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site may describe, link to, or otherwise reference Third-Party Services. Those services are provided solely by their respective operators and are governed exclusively by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, availability, security, or conduct of any Third-Party Service, or for any change made by its operator. Your use of any Third-Party Service is at your own risk, and you should review its terms before connecting it to anything.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure; (b) access the Site by automated means, including scraping or crawling at scale, without our prior written consent; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related system; (d) misrepresent your affiliation with, or endorsement by, Meta or any other third party; (e) frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Site into another website in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement; or (f) use the Content in violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates this Section.

12. Referrals and affiliates

Some links on the Site, including our Muse referral code, may result in our receiving tokens, credits, or commissions at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay or the terms you receive, and it does not influence our content. Our full disclosure is set out in the Affiliate & referral disclosure.

13. Consulting and setup services

The Site and its Content are free to use. We separately offer one-to-one consulting and setup assistance to anyone who contacts us. Any such service is arranged directly with us following your enquiry: we will describe the scope, and confirm the price, scheduling, cancellation terms and any refund policy with you in writing before you commit. No service is booked and no payment is taken until you have expressly agreed those terms, and this Site processes no payments. Any session is guidance only and constitutes no guarantee of any outcome.

14. Privacy

Our practices regarding personal information are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the Site.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last amended. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. General

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate & referral disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 18 and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be resolved informally. Where a claim may not lawfully be subject to this provision, or where immediate injunctive relief is required to protect intellectual property, that claim may be brought in the courts of the State of North Carolina. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your jurisdiction.
